HomeONE is an online directory that helps clients find service providers. We are an information platform only — we do not vet, employ, supervise, or contract with listed providers, and we are not a party to any agreement between a client and a provider.
HomeONE accepts no liability for any loss, damage, dispute, or wrongful, incomplete, or unsatisfactory work or service arising from your use of, or reliance on, any listing. Engaging a listed provider is entirely at your own risk and discretion — we recommend doing your own due diligence (references, credentials, quotes) before engaging any provider.
Businesses that submit a listing confirm that the information provided is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge. HomeONE is not responsible for, and accepts no liability arising from, information that is incorrectly, incompletely, or fraudulently submitted by a listing business.
By submitting a listing, a business grants HomeONE the right to display the submitted business and service information on the directory and in related marketing.

Businesses may pay to appear in the Featured Providers section shown to visitors browsing a specific province. There are 6 Featured slots per province at any one time; a booking is only confirmed once payment is received, and an unpaid booking's reserved slot is automatically released after 48 hours. Featured Placement fees are non-refundable once a placement has gone live. HomeONE does not guarantee any specific number of impressions, enquiries, or business outcomes from a Featured Placement.
Businesses may pay for Premium Listing, which places their listing first in search results and recent-listings order ahead of standard listings. Premium Listing is billed monthly (R99) or annually (R999) and is only activated once payment is confirmed. Premium Listing fees are non-refundable once active. HomeONE does not guarantee any specific search position, enquiries, or business outcomes from Premium Listing.
Approved referral agents earn R99 for each service provider who signs up through their referral link and is subsequently approved. Commission is not earned on submissions that are rejected, withdrawn, or found to be fraudulent. Payouts are made monthly for commission accrued on approved referrals. HomeONE may decline, suspend, or terminate an agent's participation in this program at its discretion, including for spam, misrepresentation, or fraudulent referrals.
